Step 2: Quote & Requirements

If we move forward, everything is documented before work begins:

Step 4: Training & Release

Before go live, your team is trained on:

After launch, you receive 30 days of support to ensure the system performs as outlined and adjustments are made where necessary.

Performance Guarantee

Deliverables are defined in the Quote & Requirements document.

If I do not deliver what is outlined in that agreement, I continue working at no additional cost until those deliverables are met.
